To start, throughout the day you should immerse yourself into lucid dreaming material. Research it, watch videos about it. Listen to subs on lucid dreaming. Just think about it throughout the day. Thinking about it throughout the day makes it more likely for you, at night when you're sleeping, to slip into a lucid dream. Throughout the day you should also do "Reality Checks". A easy way is just to look at your hand, count how many fingers there are. This will be good later when I talk about reality checks while your lucid dreaming. Next is meditation. Use any meditation you like or do your own. You could also just breathe in and out deep and slow for 5 to 10 minutes. After visualize what you want to dream. In regards to shifting you can visualize your in a room and you see a portal to shift to your Dr. Do all of this right before you sleep so you are calm and ready to go. Set a alarm 6 hours after you fall asleep. You should wake up around 4-6 am so set your alarm to that. At that time you should be in REM sleep and its good that the alarm wakes you up straight from REM sleep. Now you are done, you are calm and tired and ready for bed. You should start affirming to yourself "I will lucid dream" and you can drift off to sleep doing that or do it until you are super tired and sleep. Say it or think it with confidence. Believe that you will lucid dream and shift in your lucid dream tonight.

So your asleep now. You'll wake up from your alarm you set and now you are ready to lucid dream! Lie on your back and droop one hand off the side of you bed. Or spread you limbs apart to where they aren't touching. Now, imagine you are playing the piano. Move your fingers(in real life and in the visualization). Move them up and down. Now slow it down until your real life fingers stop moving. Still visualize your fingers playing the panio or moving. It should start feeling like your real fingers are moving but physically they're not. You need to focus on that visualization. Just DONT GO TO SLEEP. Affirm to yourself "I will succeed in have in having a lucid dream". Keep visualizing and affirming and keep focusing and dont go to sleep and....

You should slip into a full blown lucid dream. You might not even notice it. If you think in your in a lucid dream do a reality check. Like I said earlier. Look at your hands and if you see 10 fingers, YOU DID IT!

To stabilize the dream. Don't get excited, stay calm and dont tell yourself or others in the lucid dream its a dream. Stay focused on your dream. If you feel like you're slipping from your dream, rub your hands together in the dream or move of some kind. Maybe walk around, jump, spin in a circle. This stimulates your conscious and helps to connect you to your dream body(the one in the lucid dream). You can also ask in the dream "please make this lucid dream clear". Also, anything you ask for in the dream will come true, you just need belief and confidence when you ask and you can visualize it. Its all real if you let it. Last thing to keep things stable long enough so you can do the next part is to not think about waking up, dont say anything about waking up, JUST DONT WAKE UP. Even thinking about it will make your brain think "Oh this hoe wants to wake up" And the dream will be like "Ight imma head on out". Just dont wake up or think about waking up.

Last thing to shift to your reality which @FAL23 helped me with is visualizing a portal. Visualize a portal that will shift you into your dr. Affirm "This portal will shift me to my dr once I enter it" Belive it fully, 100% that it will and go into the portal. And you should wake up there.
