《 Most spiritual texts include the law of gratitude. That means feeling grateful for the things you already have, increases your chances of receiving more of what you want. This energy of “gratitude” adds fuel for your quantum jump to a new reality 》

— Now I present to you, a method I came up with last night after reading that paragraph in an article about quantum jumping.

— Lay down in a comfortable position, preferably the one you sleep in, in a dark room. Start doing your normal routine (meditate, put your headphones on and listen to binaural beats/ subliminals related to DR / waves), while having your eyes closed. Now, start listing things you are thankful for, in this reality.

𝐏𝐓. 𝟐
— Now, after you think you’ve thanked the universe for enough things, here is what you should do. Start feeling your desired bedroom form around you and begin thinking of yourself as your desired self. You are them now. Visualize your room and the changes on your body. And once again, start listing things you are thankful for, but this time list things from your desired reality. In this way you “trick” the universe (lol actually you trick your brain) into thinking that you already have what you are grateful for, so basically you are already in your desired reality. Wanting something emits a vibration that you still don’t have it, hence you are still in this reality, so try to refrain from thinking about how you want to shift, but think that you already have.
𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄:
⥤ Thank you universe for the fact that my name is [desired name]
⥤ Thank you universe for the fact that I am [desired age]
⥤ Thank you universe for the fact that I live with [desired roommate]
etc.

##. 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒 ꜜ
⥤ Keep your eyes closed throughout the whole method
⥤ Don’t move around
⥤ Try to fall asleep right after, but don’t think about it too much, because you’ll remind yourself that you are in this reality
⥤ Have belief that it will work
⥤ Try this in a place where you know you won’t be distracted
⥤ Change this method (if you have to) according to what works for you best
⥤ If you can’t concentrate while listening to subliminals / binaurals then you don’t have to listen to them
⥤ When you are listing things you are thankful for, refrain from saying negative words like “not” or “no”

I tried this method last night, after making it on the spot, as I was inspired by an article I read. When I started thanking the universe for stuff I have in my desired reality, everything got dark (I had my eyes closed, but I had a light outside my room on, so I could still kinda see it even with my eyes shut, but when I started thanking the universe it “disappeared”) and I kind of felt like I was falling. Then I started seeing small lights in my vision and my body started vibrating like crazy. However, I was doing this method while I was sleeping on my back, and I can’t fall asleep in this position (rip me), so since I was getting tired I decided to stop and turn to my side, which led me to falling asleep instantly :joy_cat: :ok_hand: 🏼 booo
